We needed at the last minute care for our Mom. Management was "Right" there with their caring and professional staff. It was a life saver in our hour of need. The caregivers were warm, knowledgeable, patient and very attentive to our Moms special needs. We Highly recommend them!

As I approach my 2nd anniversary @ Right at Home (May 1, 2017), I reflect with a smile & heart full of Aloha. Our staff are incredible as are our Kupuna families. Thank you everyone for your love, compassion & Aloha. I’ve seen the one star post for a while now. Olivia asked for an explanation, we recieved no response. It saddens me when someone posts without documentation. But that’s obviously the down-side of social nedia. It seldom holds people accountable. We’ll just say, we’re never going to be perfect, but we’ll work hard to be Right at Home with anyone who needs us. & you can’t do much better than that. If there’s a problem, you who know us, know we want to hear from you. & we’ll always work it out. That’s the Right at Home way. As Right at Home’s Operations Manager I have to say, Thank you Oahu. We’re better for knowing each & every one of you. & we hope & trust you feel the same of us. Mahalo.

These guys are our Island’s best. They’re there when needed & exude the Aloha Lifestyle. If you’re a family needing Kupuna care, just think Ohana.... & if you’re a Caregiver, I repeat, think Ohana. They care about everyone be in a loving way... but I’m confused, why would anyone put a one star reveiw, with no explanation & refuse to call about their ‘beef?’ Social media has become a very damaging way for folks to trash others without taking responsibility for their words. DJ, Olivia, Rick and the Right at Home team work very hard & deserve better. Shame on those who missed that reality. For the rest of us, we’re thankful there’s a Right at Home for our Kupuna. They’re simply the best. Mahalo
