I have been using Right At Home 24 x 7 for 3 years for my elderly parents. The girls always show up on time and they take good care of my parents. If I have any problems management takes care of it immediately. The management strives to keep the same girls on a steady schedule so it isn't confusing for my parents having different girls all the time. I am very pleased with Right at Home and would highly recommend them.

For the safety of our Mom, and for our peace of mind, we contacted Right at Home Genesee County. They were quick to respond and scheduled caregivers right away. And they are flexible when we need to add or adjust a shift. The communication with the office staff is excellent. The caregivers are compassionate and truly care for our Mom. I highly recommend Right at Home Genesee County.

We started services with Right @ Home two years ago. The company has been a life saver for me. I have a brain injured sister whom I care for 24/7 and was diagnosed with breast cancer myself. Right @ Home stepped in and took a lot of stress off me with filling the hours with dependable, qualified health aides. Should an issue arise or if I need more hours covered quickly, they are always there to staff it for me. The owner, Marcus, came out to the house personally to meet us and see my sister. To make sure not only myself but my sister as well felt comfortable with the company coming in to help. The coordinators are super friendly and easy to work with. If an aide don’t work out or is not a good fit for my sister, they replace the aide quickly. The nurse makes visits to the home to check her care and make sure the plan of care is up to date and being followed by their staff. So far, I’ve never had a problem with the company, their coordinators or the aides. I just can’t say enough about Right @ Home. They gave me my life back and puts me at ease knowing I have trusted and dependable people caring for my sister in her home. I would recommend this company to anyone and have many times over the last two years!!

We recently started service with the Right at Home team for both of my parents. Their goal all along has been to live in their current home for as long as possible. With the support of Right at Home staff they have been able to do just that. Though both parents are still quite self-sufficient, it’s clear that more and more services will be required in the future and the ability to create a flexible plan is vital. The service we ask for today will most likely be different in the coming months and I trust that Right at Home will help create/provide positive solutions for my parents care.

My family was recently faced with the sudden, terminal illness of both of our parents and we needed help to provide round the clock care. We contacted Right at Home in Grand Blanc. They met with us immediately and scheduled a team of caregivers to fit our needs. They came to my parent's home and took the time and care to get to know what our needs and preferences were and then carefully selected a fantastic team of caregivers. Because we needed round the clock care, we had several different caregivers and each and every one was exceptional! Everyone we encountered from Right at Home including the owners, the office staff and the caregivers were professional, compassionate, flexible and friendly. I would highly recommend Right at Home for home care assistance and I will definitely call them again if I am ever in need of in home care.
