About Right at Home

Right at Home is a home health and hospice care provider serving Fargo, North Dakota. The company offers in-home care services including assistance with daily living, meal preparation, laundry, and personal care for elderly and homebound individuals.

Family experiences with Right at Home show a notably split picture. Several families report strong, consistent relationships with their caregivers—one noted that her caregiver has been the same person each visit, and another family described staff helping with meals, laundry, and even planning a 100th birthday celebration. Families also appreciate the company's flexibility and convenience. However, at least one family experienced significant issues, including staffing gaps and unresolved coverage requests.

The service holds a 3.9 out of 5 Google rating based on 14 reviews, with several five-star endorsements alongside more critical feedback. Prospective clients may find value in asking about caregiver continuity and backup staffing policies when considering Right at Home's services.

I love my girls that help me. They are all so wonderful and help me with my meals and laundry and doing my nails. They keep my home spic and span. We have so much fun together and they are even planning a big 100th birthday party for me

Right At Home has been excellent with providing care for my elderly father. They were able to start within short notice, and have been easy and convenient to work with ever since. My dad really likes his caregiver, Tammy. And she has been the same one that provides care for him each and every time which is great.

The best company to work for even with rude clients the staff still show up and do their best. Even try and motivate clients to be active and take part in their care plan some do some don’t.

This company is very unprofessional and Jamie “ the Boss”. Is horrible. I wouldn’t even have gave them 1 star. My mother is in a wheelchair and can’t be alone.. she is going to get tested for Alzheimer’s and dementia . And sometimes difficult..yesterday no one showed up for their shift. Jamie said it’s up to me and my brother. 2 days before. She refuses to cover anyone shift. They have recorded my mom and brother in their home with their own personal iPhones. Which we have camera in my mother’s home. The way Jamie talks about my mother is very unprofessional and disgusting. I have caught Jamie. The Boss byelling at my mom. And rolling her eyes. Talking badly about my brother. My mother has four traumatic ulcers on her legs, which has gotten worse since Jamie has taken care of it. She had to go to the hospital and stay there because she had staff infection since she has gotten out. I refuse to let Jamie change her wounds so my brother and I have been taking care of it and he has gotten 75% better.. if Jamie was a professional like she said she is, she would hate the disease Alzheimer’s and dementia and not the person my mother, but she said everyone hates her. No one likes her. We all fake it does that sound professional to you?
