Former caregiver who was given scraps for hours, 4 per week, despite being available 40 hours a week. They replace caregivers once they are eligible for benefits, to make certain they pay zero benefits to anyone. Be careful because they will reduce your hours then bring a lawyer to battle you at your unemployment hearing. The owner only employs his personal friends and allows office staff to run the business like a sorority. Choose another provider.

I am very ill and disabled. I depend on help seven days a week. I went for a whole month with no help when I join them with many promises. They take people away constantly when you are very ill with autoimmune diseases you can’t be having a lot of people coming in and out. They do not return phone calls. They say people are coming when they do not in your left alone, half paralyzed to take care of yourself. This is the most mismanaged company I have ever used! The office manager lied to my daughter on speakerphone and recorded. I also called her on speakerphone and told her I did not want this particular girl to take care of me because she’s always leaving for weeks at a time And they gave her to me anyway and lied to my daughter and said your mother insisted on having her. Everything was recorded and she lied to my daughter and me. This office is !totally mismanaged. They made many promises and don’t fulfill.!! If you have a ill relatives, please do not recommend this company to them

Awful experience with this outfit. Our unit was not cleaned and full of cat hair. There was moldy food in a drawer and our garage door was broken. They refused to compensate for a professional cleaning. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. Avoid at all costs. This is not some place I would rent from again, and I do not recommend them at all!

Excellent care and customer service. If our loved one didn't connect with one of the staff assigned, we asked to change, with no issues. But this only happened a couple of times. All the other staff sent for unskilled companionship, we're super sweet and caring and helpful above and beyond. Scheduling was easy and able to change as needed with short notice.

I have been so impressed the aides who have assisted in my home. They are thoughtful and diligent to take care of my mother in a way that makes her comfortable. It's been a very positive experience.
