I would like to thank Jennelle for going above and beyond for me and my family. She is always there when I need her.<br>I would also like to thank, I'm sorry, but I don't remember the name of the girl who notorized our paperwork.<br>They made a very important situation for my family, a very smooth and easy process.<br>Thank you all!!

The staff make me feel welcomed. Stephanie especially has been great and caring. Overall my stay has been pleasant.<br>And special shoutout to the best Administrator, “DJ-JJ”, for approving the addition of our new slushy machine! Thanks Jen!

My wife was totally mistreated by this facility. She was brought home with a Stage 4 Bed Sore. While I was waiting for her to be discharged I observed an aide giving Occupational Therapy to a patient that was asleep. ?????? This place was filthy well.
