My mother has been using Right at Home services for over a year. She will be 90 years old this week. Billee loves the Care Givers and looks forward to their visits. The Care Givers are very compassionate and caring. They are very careful to observe Covid precautions wearing masks and handwashing. The company has been very flexible with scheduling and adapting schedules to meet our needs. I highly recommend the company.

Nicole, J.D. and their staff provide excellent care for my Brother. I count on them to look after my brother since I live in another state. They go above and beyond in their love and support in my absence. I can't say enough about this company!

I am the nurse at a local Assisted Living and we had a unique situation with one of my residents needing one on one care. Not only did Right at Home quickly come through for us with a caregiver, but once she arrived, she pitched in and took excellent care of my resident and worked along side my caregivers as part of the team. Thank you so much! From now on, Right at Home will always be my first call when faced with these situations.

We arranged for Right At Home to help assist my mother-in-law for about 9 months in 2018. From the beginning, owner Nicole was attentive and caring, and they are very detail focused on an administrative and scheduling level. When some confusion arose, they were apologetic and did everything needed to make things right and ensure customer loyalty. The caregivers they employed were solid, professional, and were generally top of the line, especially when it came to building a rapport with their clients. There were some concerns with certain duties that needed to be handled which were left undone, but that was out of respect to the patient's feedback. I hope I never have to contract an agency like this again, but RAH will be my first choice if I do.

I was at a loss for where to go for some in home care for my mom. I called several home health agencys and was impressed with the response from the right at home staff. They were easy to work with right from the start making sure their caregivers met our needs. I feel Liz really cares for my mother and treats her with the love and respect she deserves. My mind rests easy knowing Liz is there when I'm not. Plus, as a bonus for me, she loves my dog too. 😄🐺😸
