The community offers assisted living options alongside a secure, therapeutic Compass Memory Support Neighborhood for those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Staff include Certified Dementia Practitioners who employ a person-centered, holistic approach to care. Ridgefield Station was the 6th community in the nation to receive Purple Flag for Dementia Care Accreditation, recognizing its therapeutic environment and resources for families and staff.
