This place is a joke and should be shut down by the state. My sister passed while in their care and none of her family was notified until after the fact. Her oldest daughter only lived minutes away. My sister died alone without her family. If I could put a zero i would have. We were told they we'd get why and how my sister passed within 30 days, that was August and my niece is just now finally get what she was told she'd get. After she has had to call many different people.

Richland Nursing & Rehab disrespected my mom’s dignity. She was handed a bell instead of proper care and I got conflicting stories about her code status. No one called me until she was gone. Families deserve truth, not cover-ups.

What a damn joke! The facility is filthy and the staff uncaring. My mother has had her medications canceled within 24 hours. She was left in a chair she wasn’t supposed to be in for over 4 hours with no pain medication! She has a fractured back!

I have seen a great change in this facility over the past couple of years. There has been more involvement in the community and the residents are involved in so many good activities there. My grandma was a resident there many years ago and she loved it.
