Updated this review. I found out the nurse returned my phone call when we were at the hospital. I called and they sent a nurse out to check my wife the next day. Her name was Leanna and she was great. Also the first nurse was named Reggie and he was great. Jim for pt also very nice. Communication wise though it’s difficult till you get these direct numbers. So one less star for communication.

I only gave 2 stars because PT and OT are great. Bloodwork was ordered by family physician 6 weeks ago and still has yet to be done. I’ve called the office and was told numerous times it will be done at the next nursing visit but every time a nurse comes out, they say they didn’t know it needed done and don’t have the supplies with them to do it. It will be done next week. Still waiting…

The staff from Residential Hospice took care of my dad for the past seven months of his life. He was a resident at Vibralife in Mechanicsburg. They went over and beyond to make his last months comfortable. A special thank you to Hannah and April. They thought of everything, always treating him with respect and dignity, with an emphasis on kindness and compassion. He had a very peaceful passing, with no apparent pain at all. First hand, we observed them working with the wonderful staff of Vibralife to make sure that he had everything he needed. A million thanks from his family to Residential.

Best thing i ever did for my partner Cathy Strike. They came when I needed them the most and were there with her until the very end and stayed with for a little while. Couldn't say more about they are the best in my book. Thanks so much.

My mother was on service with Residential Hospice for a week before she passed. Everyone on the team was kind, caring and NEVER seemed to be rushed. Felicity was the first nurse we met who set the bar high. The others who followed her did not disappoint. Becky the CNA didn't just do an excellent job caring for my mother, she taught us some new tricks to help us care for her. Chaplain Douglas made an evening visit and truly took his time with us. Social Worker Jenna and nurse Denise were also a blessing. Felicity came out after my mother passed and took care of EVERYTHING, always with a kind heart and smile.
