If I could give negative 0 stars I would I had so many issues they got tired of me they corporate manager Carol, who is so rude. I wish I could show y'all the videos of our conversation that I recorded all I can say is move here at your own risk. It's not worth it. I could show that videos rats infestation mold i'm just blessed and they let me out my lease. That's probably the best thing they did since I lived there they let me out my lease today. The fire department couldn't even get a hold of them and I heard from another resident that Carol and the manager, I think her name is Amanda. We're so rude while the police department in the fire department is trying to get a hold of man if you're not to mention you have you management every 2 to 3 months.

My husband and I loved our tour of this apartment complex! The renovated units are beautiful and offer great value for the price. The 24/7 gym is a huge plus, and the surrounding area is really nice and quiet. We were so impressed that we applied the same day after our tour. Alejandra, the Sales and Marketing Manager, made the entire process before and after the tour smooth and easy. She was kind and very accommodating to our situation and needs! Amanda, the leasing specialist who showed us around, was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took her time when explaining the process, and answered all of our questions. Everyone we interacted with provided excellent customer service. We’re really excited about the possibility of moving here and will provide an update once we’re accepted and settled in!

I did a tour of the apartments and I fell in love with them. The area, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very professional and down to earth. The apartment was nice and spacious and I can’t wait to make this my home.

Going on my 3rd year here, and I love this property. Quite and everyone is so friendly. Love the gym and the pool, which are my favorite things. Been though alot of people in the office since my time here, but the staff they have now seems to be getting it all together. Christina is such a delight and cares about the residents. Looking forward to another year here, can't wait for spring and summer at the pool.

On Wednesday October 29, 2025 my upstairs neighbors flooded their apartment for the 3rd time. We have made various noise complaints and they continue to stomp and be loud throughout all hours of the day. We have asked a peace officer to speak with them at least twice and the officer put in the report with you guys as well. Additionally, this is the 2nd time we are going without hot water due to them flooding their apartment. We have been without hot water for three days now and last time it was only 2 days. Also on Wednesday evening I reported the leak through the urgent request system over the phone and they did not come until the next day. The water ruined my carpet and a few other things due to it pouring in overnight. To date nothing has been done to compensate me for the issue.
