Rescare has some good caregivers but no good backup system in place if an employee has to call out sick. My dad needs someone here in the mornings to take care of breakfast and his personal needs. His day stops if they cant send anyone. Their offer was to send someone at lunchtime. This is really not acceptable. He is supposed to skip breakfast and shower and wait for someone to hopefully show for lunch? This is not the first time this fumble has happened. Lucky I am visiting an able to care for his needs today. All the staff can do is apologize for not having anyone to come in the morning.
