Workers some can be cold. There are some good workers but the non skilled ones really stand out. This place needs to remember the PEOPLE who pay to stay that us this is THEIR HOME . Residents are there not because they want too but need the help. The rude things when people ring for help the worker shows up turns light off walks out. Projects being done by Residents interfere with workers so they remove it*( again this is NOT your home why would you do this to anyone. Now I'm going to say, take it as you want but if retaliation happens a copy of this will go to my attorney. If you don't like what you are hearing fix it. You know this is happening if not you do now. Med person intimates those who question pills and some pills are not given at night. Either they don't have or someone else has found a need. No explanation is given they just walk away. You see the common reaction to the way they treat the people.

My rehab stay went well. I was there 10 days. The facility is beautiful. It is new, modern, clean and comfortable. I got a single private room with walk-in shower. The television was good sized and clear, many channels. My PT and OT therapy was daily, with knowledgeable considerate therapists. It was very helpful to me in getting stronger and more mobile. My pain was managed well. The CNA staff was good with reasonable response time to my needs. They have plenty of social activities. I did attend some and they were enjoyable. The food is good, with as much tailored to my individual taste as much as possible.<br>I had a few complaints but nothing that would stop me from giving them 5 stars.
