Yan and Nancy - Thank you so much for your help to coordinate with the lab/doctor's office to get the lab work done and have the medication ready last couple weeks! Because of your timely help, my dad was able to recover well from UTI. You have already stayed on top of everything in terms of patient cares. I am grateful to have you as my dad's home care agency! One of Reliable healthcare in illinois Lincolnshire office sent one their Nurses to my residence to follow-up on my progress after discharged from hospital. Became hospitalized again and the nurse knew what hospital was in.So their office staff began calling the nurse station at the hospital I was in a Asking for my status and Reliable. called repeatedly harassing the staff at hospital asking for update status on my condition which is private and confidential info. I called their office and spoke to Yan who told me that their staff will continue contacting hospital staff, I said to Yan that your staff must cease and decist. My experience with their office staff was Very Unprofessional, Rude that would Not recommend any in home care from Reliable. On a scale of 0-10 would rate them at very negative experience at $200 per visit to my insurance company is a waste of time and much money. Reliable healthcare is Poor choice. Rating if five stars offers no negative ratings

The nurses and staff at Reliable home healthcare were truly wonderful when caring for my grandmother following her rehab. Everything was explained to our family so thoroughly, and they were patient and attentive to all of her needs. Every staff member was very professional, and highly educated. They use evidence based practice which is the best, and an outstanding healthcare approach. I would recommend them over and over again.

I had a wonderful experience with Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. The caregivers were compassionate and professional, always going the extra mile so that my loved one received the best care. The staff was responsive to our needs and kept us informed about any changes in the care plan. I would highly recommend them!
