Giving false reviews to boost your ratings. Isn't that a lie, and misleading Pastor Billy Sarno and Lila Ghising?? FYI, anyone considering this home, they are not a licensed adult family home for assisted living. Not having this license puts the client in a bad situation to make a claim for any wrong doings. Ask me how I know. To add, look up William Sarno on Washington state courts/name search. This will tell you everything you ever wanted to know. I moved my mom into the Port Orchard Reimagine Adult Family Home on Caseco Lane on May 15th, 2026. On May 21st, 2026 I gave notice to vacate my mom. Lila had a big spiel about good nutrition. There was no food upon my mom's arrival to this home. On day 2 Lila brought eggs. That's it. I spent my own money on groceries for my mom. Pastor Billy should keep his hands off women/me, without their consent, and I'm not talking about a hug. Pastor Billy taking pictures of my mom without her consent. Pastor Billy taking pictures of my mom's medical paperwork and private information without consent. He is not licensed for care. Pastor Billy entering my mom's private room with the remodeling contractor, without consent. Mom was sleeping and awoke with these men standing in her room. In my opinion, the treatment of staff by Pastor Billy and Lila was despicable. To date, I have not received a copy of the contract nor a receipt for the $24,000 paid to Reimagine Adult Family Home. As of July 14th, 2026 *Mom has not received monies due to her after vacating. *Oasis referral/placement service has not been paid. *The care nurse has not been paid for the care of my mom. *On the day I moved my mom out, the water company was preparing to shut water off, you guessed it, for non-payment. See picture below. *Retort to Pastor Billy's comment about my mom being in 6 different care homes, I just spoke to the referral company, Chet our referral agent. He did not tell anyone from Reimagine my mom had been in six different care homes. If this were true, and if the pastor knew anything about care homes and the difference between each, assisted/nursing/rehabilitation, Pastor Billy would recognize his statement "6 different care homes" is very ignorant. If his statement were true, wouldn't I want my mom to be in the best home possible? I highly recommend Karen's Care Home in Port Orchard.
