Filthy, unsafe and neglectful of their residents......disgusting! I found one of their residents up in the highway on her walker about a mile away. Took her back to the facility and no one knew she was gone! There was no one there except a kitchen worker. The facility is dirty, bathrooms disgusting and unsafe for those on walkers, building dilapidated and neglected for years and some residents beat up on others with no interference from staff who weren't in the building the whole time I was there. DHEC not doing their job!
