This home is horrible they do not provide proper care to residents allowing them to become ill and not monitoring vitals until a family member calls and notices a decline in patients health only then were vitals taken and the poor resident had sepsis ended up almost passing away due to this very sad our elders get taken care of this especially veterans would not recommend to anyone I only gave a 1 star cause had to if I could give negative stars they deserve negative rankings

Friendly, helpful staff and employees. We had a positive experience. Keep in mind that most all the rules and regulations are made by government. Being good stewards of time and money is not their strong attribute. However the facilities still have to abide by their protocol. The employees here do what they can to make the process as user friendly as possible. So far we would recommend this entire complex to anyone looking for good family living. No place has reached perfection this side of heaven…..nor have any of us sinners who are saved by the grace and mercy of God our Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lois Long

My grandma great resided here like 20 years ago and now my grandma Perez is here. It was very warming when I walked in and I was super impressed with the amount of security there is to get in and out. As a home manager of the Assisted Living Facility I run in Michigan, I took some mental notes to bring home. The caregiver that came in her room was very nice with felt comfortable with her being there

Please Read this Review,I promise you your Family members will be well Taken care of. Placing 5 Stars Truly doesn't give this Rehabilitation Center of Hampton any Justice! I believe it deserves a much higher rating. Like 10 Stars As you come through the doors. You're greeted with Smiles from the front office to the maintenance personnel. Social Workers etc. They all go over & beyond their Job title. There's not a person that will say it's not my Job. They all work well together from what I can see and hear. The Nurses all deserve praise. They are caring and genuine in all they do. Thank you(I feel I need to thank their families also at these times with COVID-19 etc..) I know sometimes I'm not an easy patient to work with, Especially since I'm not from this part of the country, They made me feel so comfortable, and I also noticed, That all the residents here are happy. That does not come from the well-kept place that it is. (5 stars) Comfortably comes from the Staff. The rooms are spotless. Housekeeping (5 Star's). The kitchen Daily menu. Is not without Praise, The a la carte menu is a full menu also. You will not be hungry here. As well you can eat in the dining room or your room. The servers go beyond their job also, Thank you. I'm here for rehabilitation they work with me to help me be independent again.Thank you... ( 5 Stars) I realize the medical field is overloaded with work, With Covid, etc... But I have to say that there all my heroes. They work so hard in more ways than one, I could name a few but it just wouldn't be fair to anybody, they all deserve 5 Stars. They work as a team. I know this is long but well-deserved. If I left somebody out I'm sorry but I would recommend this Rehabilitation to anybody. I want to say thank you to all John

We found their friendly, caring and professional staff made my husbands rehab stay carefree and successful. The therapy team was very helpful in teaching a new lifestyle leading him to a safe and independent return home. The Dietary department served tasteful meals and snacks with a personal touch. We would recommend using this center for your family member's rehab and skilled care needs CB
