I went to pickup a CPAP machine and was greeted by Paula S. Once we sat down she was so organized in her presentation from unpacking the box to explaining the support if you have any questions. The thoroughness was much appreciated. Mask options and fitting was fully explained. I never felt rushed and she was very knowledgeable with the equipment and company process. I left the office fully prepared for my first night on my own. Last night I was able to set the machine up without any issues. Thank you Paula for taking your time with me. Eric

Lynn was my clinician, and she walked me through the entire process in a clear, detailed, and professional way. She explained everything so well that by the end I had zero follow-up questions. On top of that, she’s genuinely kind and very easy to talk to. Great clinician, great energy. Just a lovely lady. Honestly made the whole appointment a little more enjoyable than I expected.

I had a home visit for my introduction to CPAP. Linda was my instructor and she is amazing. I was apprehensive about this but she put me at ease and explained everything so I could understand it. I felt much better about this after a very relaxed session with her. She is a highly dedicated individual who truly loves her work.

I have been using my CPAP for three weeks now. The respiratory therapist, Jillien, did an excellent job explaining how to use the equipment, how to maintain it, and if needed, how to get help (available 24 hours a day). The machine is easy to use and very quiet. Much different than what I expected. I’m feeling so much better already. Very appreciative.
