If you want your loved ones in the care of people who don’t care about them, this is the place to go. Allowing a resident to get wrapped up in their gown to where they are choking and walking out of the room leaving them like that is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. That nurse shouldn’t just lose her job, she should lose her license!

Nurses station leaves you on hold when calling in to check on family too long. They pick up the phone and just continue to put you on hold never saying anything for over 10 min. then hangs the phone up. Leaving you to call back only for the same result. This is terrible and needs to be corrected.

My step-dad is here and receives the utmost best care a lot of worry has been lifted off our shoulders the staff is friendly and knowledgeable have absolutely no concerns and would highly recommend this place

Would not recommend Regent Park for skilled nursing care or therapy. They did not take adequate care of my mom and she is now back in the hospital.
