Family member had many falls from not being supervised, she was put on the wrong diet, got severely dehydrated, was sent to the er many times one a single week due to improper care, had a seizure and was not cared for, was allowed to simply die and basically not taken care of. I very much do not recommend having your loved ones here

The care in the beginning was great, but they practically gave up on caring for my grandpa, they refused to rehabilitate him and get him on his feet and keep him strong. His condition worsened from being bed-bound by the staff, and they wouldn't let him out of a wheelchair. But here's the kicker, when he failed to pay the nearly $7,000 dollar rent they ask for, the staff simply stopped taking care of him. He laid in his own feces, and urine, without any assistance when he had accidents. Without help to the bathroom. This was before they decided to kick him out. It was better after he left and went to a much better facility in Wenatchee. He recently passed after he caught the virus going around, but I'm glad he didn't have to pass away in a wretched facility like Regency.

Agreat place to be in for Medical reabilitation,after, been release from the Hospital, good care,great staff & food, caring Nurses 24/7.for medical needs & medications & great balance food!! Thank Recency 100% recommended, also a great place for your Senior love ones!!!

This place is a joke. My grandmother in law has been sent to the er twice in the same day because nobody knows what they're doing. Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth! Just don't go there. Your better off caring for your sick family member at home!!
