Okay so my mother woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't breathe. We went to the closest hospital in tonasket that had an emergency room. Doctor Biancarelli and his gang of rude nurses were so judgmental and discriminitory. He drug tested my mother without her knowledge. She thought it was for what she had came in about. It was strictly a drug screen and then, They forced my mom out of the wheelchair when she couldn't breathe because they haven't helped her. All they did was run a drug screen. You'd think a doctor that took the Hippocratic oath would do anything to help anyone who needs it but instead, They violated her rights and they will be hearing from my attorney soon.

I want to thank all the nurses, staff, Katie OT, and especially Laura the discharge planner for the excellent care you provided for my mother at a fragile time in her life and our life’s. My mother coming from a big hospital in Spokane, where she had a bad experience to coming to a small rural hospital was extremely warming and comforting for her and my family. It goes to show your caring and compassion shines through at Okanogan Douglas County Hospital District 4. Thank you, Davis family

Phenomenal experience in the ER. These guys saved my life. Confluence health denied me proper medical care and assumed it was mental health only. They were wrong. I’ll forever be grateful for HONEST care and treatment at this wonderful facility. You guys sure saved a life, while others were trying to end it.

I got bit by a rattlesnake around this town a little over a year ago. My boyfriend rushed me here and they were so nice. Mostly the nurses, but that’s usually the case! The nurses were so amazing. It’s a tiny hospital so they don’t have the resources to deal with that situation, they just keep enough anti venom to get you to Wenatchee. The nurse helped us learn about a PNW ambulance and air lift insurance you can get before the move so the helicopter ride is only like $80 HAHA. Anyways they were honestly super nonchalant about my situation which made me nervous at first but ended up being really relaxing.
