Our 82 year old Mama was admitted to Regency a couple weeks ago after severely breaking her ankle. The staff has been amazing. She has not only been seen, but heard by anyone who cares for her at Regency. The PT/OT staff have gone above and beyond to get her home which should be in the next month or so. Thank you Regency!!

There are not enough stars to convey our appreciation and gratitude for the respect, compassion and outright love our Mom is receiving from the staff at Regency during her recovery. She feels seen and heard. From the management to the medical team to the PT and OT teams and administrative staff, the professionalism and care here equals total peace of mind. My mom is a nurse there and she is a phenomenal person. She really loves taking care of people, helping them, and making friends...even with residents that are a little rambunctious at times. She deeply cares about her patients and genuinely gets upset (I know because I hear about it when she's upset) when her patients are hurting or suffering. I know because she is the same with me. She knows so many families and their children from her experiences there. I love my Mom, she is fantastic at her job. Rest assured your parents or love ones are in great hands!

I spent five weeks at Regency Care Center in Monroe while recovering from a broken leg. I cannot emphasize enough how caring the entire staff at the facility was. All of my needs were tended to and I made the necessary improvement to return home expediently. The entire staff was competent, hard working and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I received both Physical and Occupational Therapy daily from well trained and compassionate people. The facilities management staff was an important part of the overall smooth running of the facility. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation facility.

My mom recently had a hip fracture and ended up doing a month of rehab at Regency Care Center in Monroe. Our entire family was so happy with the care she received. Their physical therapy program is robust and prepared mom well for her return home. The culture of the staff is evident they enjoy their work and feel valued as employees. Many of the staff have worked here for decades. I am so happy my mom was able to recover here.
