Reeds Cove Health and Rehabilitation is a unique Skilled Nursing Facility, designed to give each resident a sense of home and independence. As comfortable and appealing as your own home, Reeds Cove features private bedrooms and bathrooms, warmly decorated living and dining areas, and a professional rehabilitation team. We are 2017 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Bronze Award Winners and a 5-star rated CMS/Medicare facility.
Our professional staff consists of certified physical therapists who are dedicated to applying innovative clinical pathways that ensure each patient receives the utmost in care, on a personalized level.
The therapy department is open seven days a week for the convenience of our residents. We work 12 hours a day so we can schedule time for therapy when the residents are at their best and when they can get the most out of therapy.

Each resident is different and it is our goal to create a plan that fits your needs and will help get you back to the life you deserve to live.

It is our goal to help residents return to the highest level of function possible. We strive to give them the tools to be successful and enjoy their favorite activities.
Our occupational therapists focus on improving a patient’s ability to perform the activities of daily living (ADL). These may include cooking, dressing, bathing, etc. Residents may also spend time working on conserving energy to make daily activities easier, improving balance, increasing strength in upper extremities, or increasing ability to recognize people, dates, and locations.

Our talented Speech Therapists help you, or your loved one, work with all aspects of communication from slurred speech patterns to improving writing skills.
Amenities
Courtyards
Three enclosed, secure and absolutely gorgeous courtyards with beautiful views. There are vibrant views of nature and natural light coming from the courtyard areas.

Rooms
Each room includes a beautifully tiled bathroom fully equipped with vanity sink, toilet and large private walk-in showers. Select rooms feature kitchenettes and each room has individual heating and cooling. Cable TV and internet access are standard for all rooms. Nine-foot ceilings and large windows make these rooms spacious.
Spa
Reeds Cove Health & Rehabilitation has a whirlpool spa room with private treatment rooms with individualized bathing schedules for each resident.
Bistro/Meals
Three meals a day are prepared in each house’s gourmet kitchen or the residents are more than welcome to enjoy homemade soups, sandwiches and pastries at lunch from the Bistro.
Salon
For the convenience of each resident there is a beauty salon with a licensed beautician offering styling services and salon amenities.
Living Area
Each house has cozy living rooms with gas fireplaces and big screen TVs for residents to enjoy with their family and friends.
Towne Center
The grand entrance is a towne center which includes a Bistro, Beauty Salon, and a Chapel and behind an exquisite water feature is a large activity room complete with a grand piano. Also included in the Towne Center is a conference room which can seat up to 8 to 10 people and is available to our residents.
