*AVOID* My mother did a tour here for her aftercare facility following knee replacement surgery. May 2026. Friendly residents and staff. Mason and the head nurse were completly aware of the time and date my mother would be coming followingsurgery. Day of procedure, we called in the am to confirm the details. NO ONE answered the phone! We continued to call on her behalf for the rest of the day, over 30x, left messages and even tried the contact us option via website. No one ever answered the front desk, messages or emails. Completely ghosted us! Luckily for my mother, she has extended family to take care of her at home if no other option was available but, that was not the plan. I'd caution any person that did not have this support and planned on using this place for rehab. I visited the next day and asked the nurse why not one was available to answer the desk. She replied, if someone can't answer once it rings through all other desks and someone "should" pick up. So, they ALL missed 30+ phone calls?! What about the residents family who live there? Doctors etc? I'm completely heartbroken places like this operate and are given care of a generation of people who deserve respect, care, connection and support. This place is a complete scam and my thoughts now wonder what they are hiding and what type of care is being given if they are unavailable to the outside world for 24+ hours. 💔 Leads of this facility should be investigated!

I have been in the healthcare business for over 20 years and found myself on Medicaid and in Redmond Heights. These are the worst conditions worst food worst nursing staff member it’s just horrible. Stay away! There are some good caregivers actually awesome caregivers but it’s 50-50 percent I know that when you’re on Medicaid, your choices are a few this Assisted living or an adult family home personally now I’m trying to find a good adult family home. But I’m stuck here till then and having to deal with sitting in feces for hours at a time choose this decision wisely. I didn’t have a choice and I wish I did because I wouldn’t have come here.

The nurses and support staff here are amazing, great people, they do good work and really care about their people. Al, the maintenance guy is the best I've met.

The food is terrible, and clearly no money is put into that.

The office staff are incompetent and lack any level of communication. They miscommunicated several times on very basic things, like how much rent was due, creating panic that never existed. Did your level increase, costing more? They won't tell you. The residents complain constantly about their lack of care and nothing is done about it. Fire their managers/owners and replace them with AI, they can at least communicate.

So the move was positive. The rooms/apartments where exactly as presented in their online brochure and the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in the care of the residents here. They really care and it shows. The dining room, (communal), is large and roomy and set like a restaurant. The meals are plentiful with special orders encouraged. And the meals taste great. The chef cooks food with the same care he shows all of his "customers". All my experiences here at Redmond Heights, or home as I call it, have been overwhelmingly pleasant and easy. I really do recommend this place to anyone interested.
This review once subtracted one⭐ because of a chronic WIFI issue. That issue has been resolved. However I'm maintaining a 4 ⭐ rating because of inconsistencies between what one is told verbally about billing and responsibilities for that bill and the forms filled out just after moving in. Be careful, the bill is your's..

When I had my stroke last June and after 3 weeks of acute rehab in the hospital, I feel unsafe to go back home as I live alone. Luckily, I found an affordable temporary home in Redmond Heights Senior Living (RHSL) where Paul and his team gave me all the support at this challenging time in my life so that I am now on my road to almost full recovery. I will greatly miss the healthy and delicious meals prepared by Chef Nate and the warm service of his kitchen staff. I am also greatly thankful to Al and Jessie who bring me safely and promptly to my therapy sessions. The other staff took care of my daily needs, from taking of vitals to housekeeping to laundry. The kind and loving residents also warmly welcomed me. Indeed, I will have fond memories of my Redmond Heights Senior Living stay where all the people contributed to my wellness journey.

Thank you Lord for this blessing.
