This place is the worst! Do not send your loved ones to this place. The care is absolutely horrible. Most of the staff are lazy, lie about completing tasks for patients, therapy can be good when you get it. It’s not consistent or scheduled until hours before. If you have an appointment, you probably won’t get it. The food is not healthy. It’s terrible! Magic cup…..healthy? What a joke! High fructose corn syrup in so many things, juice…not sure if it’s really juice of kool-aid and if you like gravy on everything and lots of salt along with overcooked vegetables that turn to mush, this is your place! Your loved one deserves to be cared for, not neglected. Don’t send them here!

My dad spent the final month of his life at Redmond Rehab, and I cannot imagine a more compassionate, dedicated, and caring team. Every member of his care team went out of their way to ensure he was comfortable, engaged, included, and treated with dignity throughout his stay.

What meant even more was the kindness they extended to our entire family—including his beloved granddogs. During an incredibly difficult time, the staff brought warmth, comfort, and even moments of joy into my dad's days.

Every department at Redmond Rehab went above and beyond: administration, social work, physicians, nurses, therapists, and countless others who supported him along the way. While I did not have the opportunity to learn everyone's name, I would especially like to recognize Jessica, Marius, Sitha, Becca, and Yukari. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine care made a lasting impression on both my dad and our family. They represent the extraordinary culture of care that we experienced throughout the facility.

While I take comfort in knowing my dad is no longer suffering, I can honestly say I miss seeing his incredible team each day. They became such an important part of our lives during his final chapter.

Thank you, Redmond Rehab, for everything you did for my dad and for our family. We will never forget your kindness.

Excellent care. Professional and diligent. Wonderful, friendly staff. The PT is top notch. The facility is dated, but they continue to improve and update it. I appreciate this rehab work is challenging and relentless. They do it well.

This place is horrible. My mother has very little mobility and had to get surgery on her hand for an infection that she got through a cut. Well, the doctors send her here. And when she got there, they gave her a broken bed. No chairs. The bed had no railings. Theure was broken equipment And they took so long to get her a bathroom bin so she could use it. We'll, she ended up not making it. And went #1 on herself. EVERY ROOM IS SHARED. and the person she was sharing it with was coughing and coughing. Clearly the lady was sick. Why are they putting an elderly lady whos high risk with a sick person??? My mom told them she didnt feel comfortable there. So what that did was send her back to the E.R. they made her pay her own Uber. And left her in the waiting room of the E.R. WHAT??? This place is horrible. Dont take your elderly here. Stay away from here. I will be contacting my lawyers. This is so unacceptable. If I could give this place a zero I WOULD. SHAME ON THESE. PEOPLE
