I had my grandmother in Red Oak Memory Care for a little over 2 1/2 years and the care she received was incredible. Jose and his team were diligent, kind and caring. Jose did a fantastic job working through her needs as her dementia progressed in their care. He also helped us connect with in facility, care medications, and everything she would need without having to be taken out of the home and stressed. Red Oak Memory Care was a blessing to our family at this time and their desire to help is truly recognizable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to find a comforting, quiet, loving facility for their loved one.

I placed my mother in Jose's care when her health declined and she needed 24 hr care.As a caregiver myself I was reluctant because of the horror stories you hear about facilities , but my worries were set at ease as soon as she moved in . The house was always clean and felt like a home . Staff was always available and very friendly and inviting . My mother was always treated with respect and dignity and as a person and not as a check . She received personal care that was tailored to her needs which we wouldn't of gotten from a big ltc facility. The owners have set the bar high on care and compassion .

We moved our 85 year old father here about 6 weeks ago. He has been in other in home and assisted living facilities. Red Oak has been the best experience, hands down. Jose and staff are genuinely caring, very professional, and I can’t say enough good things. Caring for aging parents is so difficult and the staff here has made things so much easier. I’m so pleased with this facility I felt moved to share.
