I did my clinicals here and absolutely loved it. The staff truly goes above and beyond for everyone, and you can tell they genuinely care about both their patients and the people learning there. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my experience. I’m so grateful for each person there and everything they did to make my time there such a positive and memorable experience.

My father was a resident and the the staff there was really helpful and supportive. They took great care of my dad and helped get him through his time of need in a respectful and concerned manner. I appreciate the nurses for also being there for me. I would highly recommend.

I am writing to share my family’s concerns regarding the care my mother received at your facility. While we recognize the importance of your services to the community, our experience has not met the expectations set by your high online ratings. We observed the LPNs and technicians on the floor appear stretched too thin. They often bear the brunt of family concerns because management is unavailable after hours. It is particularly concerning that there is no RN on staff at night when patients frequently require the most support. We were informed that the Director, the DON, and the ADON only work day shifts, and that an RN is only required to be present for eight hours a day. Despite communicating our concerns multiple times, we feel management failed my mother. I have attached an image of her arm to provide context when she became dehydrated. My sister asked if an IV could be administered on site or if she needed to be hospitalized. Staff assured us they could manage it however the IV infiltrated, and an entire bag of fluid entered into the surrounding tissue. Furthermore, no one from the facility contacted our family regarding this incident. I only discovered what had happened when I arrived to visit nine hours later. While the nurse on duty at the time was helpful she was also unaware of the situation, the lack of communication and oversight is unacceptable. I hope you will consider increasing management presence after 4:00PM and incorporating more input from your floor staff to ensure better outcomes and safety for your patients.

Most wonderful caring and friendly staff. They took great care of my mother in law all the way to her passing. She was very happy and had many friends while she was there. Lots of activities to keep you busy as well as group activities. The Palace has all your needs for caring for your love ones. The compassion and caring that they give goes a long way to making your love ones feel like family. We thank them for all that they do as they are a blessing.
