Ralston Tower | An RHF Community

Ralston Tower is an affordable senior housing community in Modesto, California designed for older adults aged 62 and older. The community offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, with studios approximately 370 square feet and one-bedroom units approximately 520 square feet. Income limitations are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 8 vouchers are welcomed.

The 11-story community provides social activities and programs for residents, including frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and other gatherings held in the community room. A Social Service Coordinator is available to assist residents with personal needs.

Ralston Tower is conveniently located near several restaurants, a public library, churches, and banks. The community offers free shuttle service and is situated near public transportation, with Modesto's Dial-A-Ride and a private taxi service available. A bus stop is located at the corner, and residents have access to two parking lots.

Pets are welcomed at Ralston Tower. Fish and birds are permitted without a deposit, while small dogs and cats are allowed with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal per apartment and certain size restrictions apply. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit, with a maximum of $300.
