Absolutely astounding how unprofessional this company is. I had orientation to start working here & after that I was ghosted by AMY. I haven’t been able to get ahold of her for over 2 months. Nobody in this company seems to be able to help or have any explanation whatsoever for the lack of professionalism & communication. Not being able to get ahold of someone when this is a CARE company is not exactly what you should be looking for. I absolutely do not recommend this company & if there’s a real emergency involving your loved one, I guarantee these people will not be available when you need them.

We are so very thankful for the amazing care Provident Care provided for my uncle. Their caregiving team were easy to work with they were all compassionate, caring, and very friendly, which made my uncle feel truly comfortable in his own home. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating during a very difficult situation for our family. We truly appreciate all their wonderful support and highly recommend them anyone looking for in home care.

I had three different care givers for my recuperation from brain surgery. They all provided excellent care. I needed help bathing and dressing because I couldn’t bend down and it was hard bathing and that’s no lie. lol. They made sure I was fed, clothed and comfortable. They cooked for me. That was very sweet of them. If for some reason one couldn’t make it or was running late, they would text me or call me. In summary, I would give my care a high five. Ladies were very accommodating respectful and as notable. 👍

I reached out to Provident Care when my grandmother’s memory issues suddenly got worse. The caregiver Emily showed so much patience, especially during her confused moments. She used calm redirection and small routines that helped my grandmother feel secure again. Emily even taught me little strategies to continue on my own. Seeing my grandmother smile more often brought real relief to our whole family. If you’re dealing with memory challenges at home, I’d absolutely recommend asking for someone like Emily.

The caregivers were great, especially Janet, who always knew how to calm my dad when he felt overwhelmed. She never rushed him and treated him with true kindness. It made our days at home less stressful and a lot more manageable. If you get a chance to work with Janet, you’ll see the difference.
