Very impressed at how cheerful it seemed, very clean, didn't smell like urine like most nursing homes, staff was very friendly and competent. I visited on a weekend where a lot of employees at other places are more "relaxed" since the bosses usually don't work weekends, but not this place, the employees were top notch

It’s clean, a couple people are nice. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. The amount of neglect I saw/heard when I was visiting my mom was ridiculous. Patients being left in the bathroom for 30+ minutes AFTER they ring the call button. Patients falling out of bed and they were just left in the floor. Patients being afraid to say something or complain because they would be mistreated more. Someone really needs to look into the people working there. The physical therapy staff was great. Administration was great. Other staff needs to be picked through.

Lacks empathy towards patients and has slow response time to call bells. But is otherwise a good place. The therapy staff and administration people are very helpful. They have daily group activities and the food seems decent but small portion sizes, I had to bring Mom extra.

I don’t even know where to begin. This is the Walt Disney World of ALL nursing homes. Brought my grandmother here a couple weeks ago after a fight with another nursing home. So much better. Nurses aren’t just setting around on their phones. They are very polite. This place is truly an answer to prayers. I am at a loss for words. Very clean facility. Does not smell of human waste. Has hardwood flooring and not carpet unlike some nursing homes. Very sanitary. My grandmother has dementia and is sometimes feisty, but the nurses here are so polite to her. We apologize and they say “Don’t Worry it’s in our job description.” My family and I can go home and not worry about her. I would give this place a 1 million thousand star review if I could.
