I truly can't say enough good about this facility. When my mom, Flora, fell and suffered 5 spinal fractures and a broken left arm, we were so blessed to have an open bed here. ALL of the staff were amazing 🤩 but I wanted to say a few special thank yous. Shannon Compton is a wonderful, positive force of nature. Mom's primary CNA, Rachel Bragg was amazingly patient and kind with my mom who has dementia. The nurse who was admitting us, on Christmas Eve, Wanda Young, was so professional and courteous. Jacob was also an excellent nurse. Carl from laundry stopped his typical work to help me with lost and found multiple times. Thank you all for the job you're doing. So needed and so difficult. My family benefitted from your experience and caring!

My mother has waited almost two hours for someone to help her back in bed and change diaper for two hours l finally asked for a potty chair so I can help her

Kept my mom's, now 86, bf for past 7.5 years with Alzheimer's. They have always called for anything needed, if there has ever been an issue, of Any Kind. Also have a 59yr old brother with a Long Term brain damage, plus serious medical problems now a Year. His Life has actually gotten better by being there. At home he was Miserably Bored & Eating Himself into Obesity-Depression-Anxiet; on the verge of a SERIOUS Heartache & Stroke ready to hit at anytime. He had lost his Meaning & Purpose to any sort of Normal Life until he became a resident here. I have never smelled Bad Odors nor ever seen any signs of Uncleanliness. Nothing even remotely close to back when Heartland (Beckley) was an option. Ugh in the late 70's-? That Place Was Nasty-Gross. I did not give All Stars, what place of any kind deserves ALL STARS? Everyone, Everywhere has issues.😊✌️

I'm pleased with all they do. Great staff, they keep it clean and treat my loved one with the love and respect she deserves. A small facility and they do so much with the residents. Thanks guys.
