For the 10 days our father was a hospice patient on the 4th floor, he received such compassionate care. Not only was the staff attentive to his needs, but accomodated the needs of the family as well. We came from out of state and immediately allowed to visit, even though we arrived after visiting hours. We will forever be grateful to the 4th floor staff, receptionists, all the professionals that are part of the team and the VNS staff who participated in easing the last days of life for our father.

My mother-in-law was transported here for 6 weeks of Physical Therapy after having surgery from a bad fall accident that led to a broken femur. The staff here were very respectful, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thanks to Nurse Gina who was a tremendous help everyday. Khristen, the Director who made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Also to the workers at the nurses station, Eddie & Jasper...Thank You guys!! Great place!!

All staff are very friendly. Since I was checked in. The staff at reception desk was very helpful with a warm smile. This place was cleanliness and all the staff, nurses was very friendly and fun. This job was not easy but all of them still do the excellent service.

The staff and team were attentive and diligent. Special shout out to Alicia Roberts (social worker) who was so responsive to all our requests and questions and extremely clear in her communications. She laid out our options clearly and was so patient with us. Nurses were extremely accommodating. Aides were nice and comforting despite their competing priorities. Most importantly the OT and PT team were outstanding.
