Staff is Friendly, Helpful and Supportive . I visit often and patients are clean and taken care of. The facilities appear to be having somewhat of a “Facelift” and looking more cheerful … I visit the MEMORY CARE for Dementia patients … The nurses there are kind to the patients … handling them with respectful gentleness … they’re the BEST !

IMPRESSIVE building that has many dedicated employees who treat the residents as family❕️ The new management team is both attentive & responsive to the needs of the entire community.

When my loved one came into this place years ago it was a nice place to have him in. Whenever I visited during the week or on weekends they always had activities. Things have changed so much. Most of the Nurses and C.N.A.'s are rude, lazy and uncaring. They are always huddled in the hallways talking. Or around the Nurses Station sitting, talking to each other, or talking on their cell phones. They do not tend to the patients regularly. If you tell them your loved one need something they are easily offended. My loved one have lost so many clothes. I buy him clothes put them in the room and never see them again. I don't know if they changed Management but they are a terrible group of people. If you complain and talk to them they appease you but nothing ever changes. This is not a place to bring your loved one at this time.

I recently visited this facility, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The environment is poorly maintained—dirty, old, and dimly lit. The floors appear to have not been cleaned in years, and the restrooms are in deplorable condition. There’s an odd smell throughout, which made my skin crawl during my visit. The residents' clothes were dirty, and it seemed like the patients weren’t receiving adequate water or basic care. The bedrooms are stark and uninviting, resembling prison cells more than comfortable living spaces. The furniture is in terrible condition, with broken-down chairs and a general sense of neglect. This place is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, fresh paint, and updated furnishings to create a more hospitable and dignified environment for its residents. While the staff were kind and compassionate, the state of the facility is unacceptable and detracts from their efforts. I strongly urge management to prioritize improvements to make this space livable and welcoming for those who depend on it.
