Our experience with Quality Life Home Care has been nothing but over the top. They put the family and child (patient) first. Home care can be a challenging environment. You have the crossing of boundaries of private/employment/regulations. Quality Life Home Care respects the family’s home and expectations. Whatever they do for our child they make sure it is ok with the parents and that it works within our home. We have had nurses in our home for several years taking care of our daughter. We have an understanding that having people in our house are challenging. There truly is a respect to the home care because they have to help match the needs of the child and the home. The owners of Quality Life Home Care have always taken the time to get to know our daughter and rest of the family. This was important to us when searching for a home care company. They understood our daughters’ needs and how we function as a family. Knowing this has helped them find nurses that partner well with our family. Many of our nurses have been with us for many years and this is in part to Quality Life Home Cares ability to match great nurses with our family. That takes a lot of stress out of the daily planning for schedules. Quality Life is truly a Blessing to our family.
