I have never experienced this level of genuine concern, responsiveness, and follow up from a health provider. It’s clear the staff aren’t just doing a job - they’re giving everything they have to ensure they can ease some of the stress and pain that accompanies illness of a loved one. Maggie, Rebecca, Lexi, and Dr Parker have been exceptional to work with.

I just love working with Rebecca at Quality. She is so kind and quick to help. Always responds to my calls and text. She’s one of the best marketers I’ve worked with. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and her company.

Based upon a recommendation from a family member, we were very fortunate to choose Quality Home Health and Hospice as the hospice provider for my wife. We did not wait until "the end" was undeniably a few weeks away. We had the help of a superior nurse and doctor who helped us navigate many chapters of decline. Parkinson's set the pace, but dementia became an equal complicator. Quality's model called for an extensive intake visit in our home. Both doctor and nurse became well acquainted with my wife's disease history and delved extensively into current and emerging conditions. Over and over the doctor confirmed and expanded upon what he heard from us. This nurse whom the doctor obviously trusted was to deliver the care for my wife in our home. In the course of the nurse's regular visits, she masterfully guided us with explanations of what we were seeing and how we should deal with these developments. Anything that represented a significant development, or warranted a change in treatment strategy, was communicated via text by the nurse to the doctor in the course of her visit. Frequently the doctor responded with confirmation or directions prior to the end of the visit. This happened so seamlessly that it seemed as though the doctor was right there with us. Whenever issues warranted it, the nurse had an in-depth discussion with the doctor after leaving and responded to us via text or phone call as appropriate. Follow-up care that fell upon me was clearly outlined by the nurse, and a de-briefing was expected from me at the beginning of the nurse's next visit. I prided myself on staying current with my wife's care and sometimes took too much autonomy in deciding what warranted interim status reporting to the nurse. I was soon persuaded that I should report all changes as they occurred. Because the nurse could relate to everything and knew what my wife and I needed, she taught me how to communicate without causing stress, and taught me how to live "in the moment" with my wife. This amazing nurse also knew how to correct without offending and how to compliment in a most meaningful way. Quality Hospice continued to support us in extraordinary fashion right up through the death of my wife. These are small pieces of the total picture of care. I have cited many special qualities of this support team. The crowning compliment is this, that these were real people supporting us, not calloused workers going through the motions. We felt their genuine emotions, they connected with us, and I could not recommend them more highly.

Quality hospice was there for my mother and I when we needed them most. They treated her with dignity and kindness and helped to usher her into the afterlife. I am forever grateful for the team and the comfort that they provided in such a time of pain and sadness. Monique helped my mother to feel at peace to leave this physical plane and Clover helped to comfort me during the rollercoaster of emotions. Eternally grateful for all that they did and how quickly their acting time was whenever we needed them or some equipment for care.

Quality is currently taking care of my Dad on hospice. It has been a wonderful experience. They listen, they care, and they understand that sometimes families bond with staff more than others, and they have been willing to tailor my families needs during this difficult time. Tam, the RN case manager, has been a significant help with our family and our loved one who is on hospice. They have someone who comes and plays the Harp, which brings such a soft ambience to our home. We have dearly appreciated Quality and I most value the fact I feel like our family is being listened to. If you or a loved one is needing home or hospice care, I highly recommend Quality and I give you my personal recommendation for this company.
