This place should be ashamed of the food they serve. My Dad has been here only 24 hours and so far not impressed. Oh except for the impressive lobby. Do not be fooled!! The patient rooms are worn, sad and the halls are depressing. They served my Dad lunch at noon and he waited almost 7 hours before his next meal. And it was all junk food/sides. Fried potato’s, cabbage, corn bread and pinto beans. No salt or pepper, no ketchup.
I’m sure I’ll get a canned response after posting this review. With no results that matter. Whoever the director is here should be ashamed. I guarantee they would not be eating this awful food that was served.

My family and I are so grateful for the exceptional care that our family member has received at Quality. The administrator for admissions made the process seem seamless. When we arrived there, we were met by a nurse, a concierge, the dietitian, and a tech. We have witnessed both the night and daytime shifts for multiple days now, and all have been excellent in caring for our family member. They are prompt and professional. I can’t count the number of personnel who has stopped by our room to see if not only our family member needs anything, but also if we need anything. They have made a most difficult time much more bearable and have lessened the stress that we have experience experienced over the past several months. I cannot thank this facility enough for what they have done for us.

I am not sure where the people (or bots/paid for positive reviews) leaving these stellar reviews visited or stayed, but it cannot have possibly been the place that my grandmother was staying.

My grandmother was moved here after suffering a fall, and basically was left in bed to rot. When my sister and I came to visit on a Saturday, my mother's concerns about her sodium levels (which was a known concern expressed to staff) and her wish to get labs drawn due to some mild deterioration had rapidly escalated to her being on the brink of death. Staff stated that what we were seeing was normal for her, despite multiple family members having seen her doing much better just days earlier.

The most telling facts about Quality and the care they provide are these:

1. The hospital started an abuse/neglect protocol due to the state she arrived in after we called 911 to try to keep her alive.
2. She required treatment for refeeding syndrome as she had dropped to 72 lbs. SEVENTY TWO.
3. Staff was dismissive of concerns, passing the buck constantly.
4. Her adult diaper was disgusting, saturated, and stuck to her body.

They must have spent the large portion of whatever budget they have on a very impressive lobby which is like an old Hollywood western - very impressive but step inside and there is no substance. It's a lie.

I'm surprised I didn't find my grandmother cold and dead because it seems like that was not too far in the future if she had stayed there.

I want to let you know how fantastic Kay Weir and Cecelia Hall were to me.They were beyond amazing. Therapy was outstanding and very helpful to my healing and I couldn't have done this with without them. nurses Deaven Cartwright was the best nurse I've ever had and I'm going to miss her.

Ke’shie Arms was incredible! She took time and care with my mother. She had a caring and professional demeanor and attitude with every interaction. It was clear to us that she loves taking care of others.
