I often walked past this beautiful building that was once a Livermore hospital on my weekend walks, not knowing that one day we would have my dad occupying a room here while he was on hospice care. In dad's short time here, he and our family became a part of the Quail family. Alicia and her incredibly caring staff took such wonderful care of dad, working closely with hospice and keeping in contact with us at all times. They also took care of US, giving my family the support WE needed. When you walk into Quail Garden, you are walking into a warm and welcoming environment. The residents play bingo, they enjoy a lovely outdoor patio where residents and their families can visit, and sometimes musicians drop in, playing live music for the residents. When we spent time with dad, we would smell their home-cooked meals coming from the kitchen. Bringing my dad to Quail allowed us to spend time with him in a beautiful, soothing and also lively setting. Thank you so much Alicia and the Quail staff, for giving us this time with dad in such a caring place. Our friends and family have told us that they would be so fortunate to find a place like Quail Garden for their loved ones or themselves.
