I came in to tour the facility and I can say it was very clean as well as welcoming! There was a lot of stuff ready to answer any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable to have my loved one come here. When she got there it was the same. People always checking in and there to help, I hope that she won’t return but if anything happens in the future and we need a rehab this will be the one!!!

My mother-in-law is currently receiving skilled services at this facility. They are taking excellent care of her, super patient. They have gone above and beyond because she can be very choosy about things and they’ve taken the time to try to really keep her happy so that she can continue to benefit from their skilled services. They even bought her lunch. Social Services has been amazing and they have had respiratory therapy on site to treat her for her chronic COPD and congestive heart failure. Nursing has been really great and gone above and beyond to try to figure out some issues with her BiPAP and they are able to customize and meet her needs in her own unique way. I strongly recommend this facility.

I've been here since Dec.4th 2026, and I'm still here today is March 14, 2026. I would like to start by saying thank you to every single person that works here everyone has been exceptional at everything they do from nurses,doctors housekeeping Maintenance laundry and everyone else that I forgot to mention. But I would especially like to thank all the girls in physical therapy and other therapy positions that I can't think of their names right now because without them all of us patients wouldn't be able to go back to living normal lives again so thank you for all of your hard work and especially for your beautiful smiles. I've actually grown close to everyone here, and I would like to think that I at the very least leave you all with a decent impression. I Wil always remember and Cherish the time I've spent here and dearly cherish each and every moment I got to spend with all if you. From the bottom of my heart Thank you all so much. 💓

I am very thankful for the support my client received while at Puyallup Post Acute. The facility is very clean and cozy with friendly and compassionate staff! My client was happy and well cared for. When time came to transition to the next level of care, Post Acute made it easy and provided all the special accommodations needed for a stress free move!
