I believe PruittHealth could greatly improve the family experience by providing an orientation upon admission and regular, proactive communication throughout a patient’s stay. Unfortunately, the ball was dropped with my father.

There are so many complaints......I could literally write a book. I've heard about situations in places like this but never imagined that I would experience it with my loved one. From staff members to overall cleanliness, both are nasty. There are a few good staff members but a lot of rotten apples in this bunch here in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
