My friend was not taken care of properly. They moved all her belongs to the front desk while she was in therapy when she return to her room everything was at the front desk. When asked why she was told they need the room for someone else even though they empty rooms. Her meds were not administered correctly either.

Everything was great until they sent my 92yr old husband to the doctor in 40 degree weather without his coat,shoes, and hat. I've had bad experiences with 2 previous nursing homes but,Pruitt Health gave me a pleasant experience. I would recommend Pruitt Health for future references. The staff was superb.

I drive three hours to come see my grandpa and everytime I come the CNAs are SO RUDE. This past time I had a lady literally yell at me from down the hall. There was a man painting the door way and I said “excuse me, I don’t wanna mess you up” he heard me and was moving out the doorway. The his lady yelled from the desk area “if you would say excuse me he would move out your way and you wouldn’t ruin our paint” and when I tried to tell her I did she just kept yelling over me. 1. That is very unprofessional and she could’ve easily walked down the hall to tell me that or not said anything at all since she is down the hall and can’t hear whether I said excuse me or not 2. This is where people live and they don’t need you literally yelling at people that come to visit them. I dread coming up there just because of how rude and unprofessional they are. The nurses and front desk are always super nice.
