Father went here for rehab after back surgery. They gave him TWO baths in THREE weeks. He would tell them he needed to use the bathroom and they’d wait over two hours to respond. By the time they’d show up to assist, he’d have mess all over himself and in his bed. Reported this to the director of nursing because this was happening DAILY. He reassured me that they’d correct this. They never did. We had to discharge him and just bring him home. Not only that, they misplaced his clothing, license, AND insurance card. Do not send your loved one here.

They have been excellent and I would recommend it to anybody and I have been recommending it. the therapist were very efficient and consistent and thorough and kind and loving. It can’t get any better than that. Everyone has been very friendly and helpfull and I appreciate it.

Pruitt Health Greenville hasxbeen caring for my Mother for 4 years. She is well taken care of. The staff is nice and very attentive to her needs.

I like this facility and staff. They were welcoming and Ms. Wood answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about her facility. It was clean and the facility did not smell like a normal nursing home. Most of the all the residence appeared happy and comfortable. If your looking for a worry free facility for your love one(s) look no further.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at PruittHealth in Greenville, GA. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and kindness from the entire staff.
