RUN This KAREN haven is a cesspool of harassment and lying HOA Members. They have been constantly HARASSING my mother with Alzheimers. The building captain moved in a woman who stole from my mother then took a restraining order to get her out. SINCE Then she has waged a relentless harassment campain against our infirmed mother with the full help and cooperation of the HOA.... RUN DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR ANY REASON... HOA Dues started at a few hundred and are NOW OVER ONE THOUSAND A MONTH.... for NOTHING but paid harassment..... IF you want to live with constant harassment and legal issues and LOVE being surrounded by self entitled KARENS then this is the plave for you !!!!!

Providence Point is a great place to live. There are a wide range of activities, including a large pool, tennis court, and a workout room. Quarterly classes are offered free of charge or at a very low cost for supplies. My only complaint, and the reason for my 4☆ rating, is the HOA fee. I pay about $800 a month for an 861 square foot condo, and larger units are even more. When I moved here 9 years ago, it was only around $500. The constant increases are very difficult to handle on a fixed income.
