Physical therapy was excellent . Two great therapists! Ann was knowledgeable and encouraging. Home bath aide was helpful and easy to be around. She made me feel safe and comfortable. Compassus communication was confusing to both my provider and myself. It I was able to meet the physical therapist the day after my surgery but then they needed confirmation from my physician to continue. Unfortunately he was out of town and his staff was unaware that anything was needed after the initial request and home care intake. It took a week more to see the PT a second time. Clearer communication with physician s and patient would be helpful.

Very rudely spoken to by Beatrice in Walla Walla. I was berated for not returning her call immediately. Even after I apologized she continued to talk down to me. I finally just hung up on her. I will ask my provider for a referral to Dayton Wound Care clinic even though they are 30 miles away. What happened to "care" in Healthcare?

Poor company. Their state compliance has to be awful. Mom was out of the hospital for six days before the first person showed up to do an initial visit. They have called to change appointment times, and then wanted mom to change her doctor appointments when these conflicted with the times they wanted to come. After setting appointments, one was a no-show. Other 2 visits were late. When we had this company in the past it was the same story, plus two people showed up on one day instead of spaced out which over-tired her. That time the initial visit was not thorough (15 minutes). Do not recommend this company. We fired them. You have a choice!!!! Don’t just accept whatever company is thrust upon you by the hospital.

Always late, appropriate orders not given, unprepared, made me feel guilty for my home not having wider doorways( it's an old house, am I supposed to renovating make them happy?) All in All I would not recommend them if you have any other options! Unfortunately I do not have any other options

Kim Thompson was my home health nurse after I had knee replacement surgery. She is not only a delightful lady, her long term nursing experience is wonderful. She helped me with post op issues better than any other nurse. She listened and offered solutions for my issues. Thank you for sending her to me!!! (The nurses I had as an inpatient were lacking in ability and personality. They didn't listen to me or connect as a nurse should.)
