We recently realized our Mom needed more care on the days she was home alone. It is a stressful decision with so many worries and questions. The first place we called was Home Promise, and we immediately felt more comfortable when we spoke with Dave. Dave and Chris came out to our home and were very concerned about meeting Mom’s needs. Everything felt right and comfortable. Having Adrianna care for our mom 2 days a week has been a Godsend, and everything is going as promised!! My sister and I have found much relief and comfort knowing Adrianna is there when we are not. My mom really likes her! We know if our mom needs more care as time goes by she will have it! Thank you Dave, Chris and Adrianna!

We recently unexpectedly lost our Mother who was the primary caregiver for our aging 84 y.o. father. Promise Home Care immediately responded to our request for help and our need for 24 hour home care for our father. All of the caretakers have been professional, patient, kind, and understanding. David Clites and his team made us feel much more at ease that our father would be well cared for during an extremely difficult time. Thank you Patti, Shirelle, Karen, Myrlande, Milly and all the team.

David and Chris with Promise Home Care provide customized care and are very flexible with schedules as needed. My mother was initially hesitant to commit to the service but now would be lost without them. We are grateful to have found them!

Have you ever been in a situation by yourself, when your mother's doctor tells you it's time for Hospice?You have no siblings and no one to talk to. That is where I was when I was referred to Promise Home Care. Andrea, the director of the agency, was in touch with me within the hour. She gave me support and advice. She attended meetings with Hospice to advocate for me and my mother. She has helped me in accomplishing my mother's move to her current residency, as well as providing competent, caring, compassionate, companions for my mother.
