I was referred by A Place for Mom, & figured let me call first to assess if this is a good fit. Sadly, the lady over the phone is very rude. She refuses to tell you anything unless if you make an appt to see the facility (probably greet with the salesperson). I asked a few general question, before I could finish my sentences, she kept interrupting and flat out, telling me "no," "no," "no," and cut me off every time. Needles to say I didn't get far with pre- qualifying the place or a conversation for less than 1 minute. That's how they treat "potential client"! I won't be wasting my time visiting them. If that's how they treat you at the intake step, I can only imagine what kind of help you're going to get... if any. I'm very disappointed at this place and will not bother with them.

Behind the building is an alley that’s visible and has a huge homeless encampment with rats. This alley is so dirty and smells of urine and feces it’s insane and disgusting.......

I have got my own bed<br>Its nice because there is always someone around to help you do what you need to do. Breakfast, lunch, dinner it's all good. I've got my bathroom twice the size as the one i had at the outher place i was staying. Wall to wall carpeting, it's the guts to much.

I visited my uncle at Promise Assisted Living yesterday and I was happy to see that he is no longing living alone like before. When I walked in, a staff was just having a conversation with him but my uncle looked really happy. I'm really glad he has people looking after him since my cousins don't live close by. My uncle is pretty much on his own but he said that there is always someone at the premise if he needs help. I just wish this place was closer to where I live so I could visit him more often.
