My mom entered The Promenade last week. I would like to thank Beth and all the staff for working with us and helping with the transition. Everyone has been super friendly and have done an excellent job making her feel welcome . Dan S.

Place is fantastic stuff is friendly and courteous and the director is fantastic she's understanding and gets the job done I've lived at the place for 4 years now it's the best it's ever been and I know it's going to get better

I am a caregiver with a client here. I cannot say enough good things about the staff.<br>All staff.<br>I have asked for some maintenance to be done and within a very short time it is resolved.<br>I enjoy coming here to be with my client.

We have been trying to get our family member in and Beth has been TERRIBLE to work with. No calls or emails back. I would look elsewhere because trying to get into this place is near impossible.
