I have two patients who are interested in starting physical therapy, so I called this office to request that a referral be sent over. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.<br><br>The staff member who answered the phone repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to finish a simple question. She kept saying she didn’t understand and that she didn’t handle that department, but every time I tried to clarify why I was calling, she talked over me before I could explain. She seemed to assume I was calling about employment rather than a patient referral, and I was never given the opportunity to finish a sentence.<br><br>As a healthcare professional trying to coordinate care for patients, this level of communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable referring my patients to this office and will be recommending that they seek physical therapy services elsewhere.
