My mother fell and it really deliberated her because of her age. Professional home health was prescribed for her physical therapy to get her back on her feet. Mike and Connie to the rescue!! Mike provided a great assessment regime to get my mom back on her feet, and Connie OMG! The best in her field for compassion, preserverance to push my mom where she needed to be, knowledgeable in her trade, and an all around a genuine caring person. Love her! The entire team are so supporting and helpful, thank you all!!

Unfortunately my experience with Professional Home Health Services was less than exemplary. After speaking with the Director of this facility, she left me with the distinct impression that not only was the care of my father not high on her list but she could care less. After one visit in which they relied on a confused old man with diagnosed dementia to turn down care, he was summarily dismissed, even after my repeated attempts to inform them of his mental status. I was advised to have another consult placed before they would consider an evaluation in a manner that seemed less than caring.
