There office staff is very disorganized and not easy to work with. The lady's that come into the clinics homes can be very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When my family needed a caregiver to help my Dad, we were uncertain how we would be able to fill in the gaps when we weren’t available. To be honest, trust is a huge factor and we were concerned that he wouldn’t be given the level of care that we provided ourselves. After meeting with their Senior Management staff, we were assured that he would receive the level of attention that we expected. Regardless of who we would’ve chosen, we couldn’t help to have some skepticism—but that quickly changed with the Health Care Provider that ProCare assigned to my Dad. Their abilities, compassion and goal-oriented mission were second to none! They exceeded our expectations and I encourage others that get into a similar situation that we were in to reach out to ProCare’s Senior Management—you’ll be glad that you did!
