We've had good experiences with PrimeStar staff, especially with PT--Dr. Courtney Page and Brian are exceptional and nursing staff (Danielle). The PT was what was important to us and Courtney and Brian both are empathetic and problem solvers. Highly recommend the both of them!

I will always continue to sing my praises for the sweet RN Mrs. Cynthia, PT Mrs.Brittany and Megan for the care they gave to my mother, before transition to hospice. These ladies were awesome and will always have my love and respect!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for any loved one. This company is not personable at all. You are just a paycheck to them. Nurse is just worried about getting visits so she can get paid. This company will show up to your home without approval to visit that day. It was expressed when we signed with this company, they must give us notice.

We have had mostly very pleasant and helpful service from this business .Since we have been seen by them , we have had 4 different home nurses. Three of them, Abby, Christian and Sierra were so friendly, outgoing, helpful and interacted with us with a smile on their face, with lots of patience. We tend to be a bit talkative❤️ It is my hope that one of these three, well two, one works elsewhere now, will be back . If we have to get a new one yet again, I pray she can live up to the expectations that these other three have left us with.
