I never had a nurse call on me who was not caring, well-educated, or well-trained. All my experiences have been positive.

I’m shocked that they don’t have 5 stars across the board. They have gone above and beyond for my mom. They were there at the drop of a hat every time I had a question or concern. I feel so indebted to the PrimeCare team. Thank you all so much. God bless!

Office handling of patients is poor Nurses changed without notice to patients tries to keep you on service without sending nurses release from hospital not noted. We are allowed by Medicare to change service whenever we want do not allow office to tell you otherwise call Medicare when problems arise
